The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing quick responses to our needs. the price was also a great advantage, as it was significantly lower compared to other hotels in the area. the location was convenient, being close to major attractions such as Garden of the Gods.

The decor and furnishings in the rooms were outdated, which made it less comfortable for us. the area around the hotel was quite noisy, with loud outside noises filtering into the room.

Our stay at Rainbow Lodge And Inn was overall pleasant. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, offering easy access to Garden of The Gods and other attractions. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Additionally, having laundry facilities on site was a convenient amenity.

The management was not there at checkout.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Rainbow Lodge. The staff were incredibly friendly and laid back and our room worked out great for what we needed. It feels very "homelike" and not as commercial as bigger facilities. It was in a great location for access to places in and around Manitou Springs and served as homebase for my family (including two children) for our weekend. I would definitely recommend this place to someone for a short trip or a long one, with or without kids!

The only thing I might suggest is to add a few items like scrambled eggs or meat to the breakfast. For anyone trying to eat a low carb meal, it would help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint hotel. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The vintage decor, including the wooden lamps and rainbow light switch plate, added a charming touch to our room. The hotel facilities were well-equipped, and we were able to enjoy fresh air by opening the door of our room. The location was fantastic, with close proximity to the shops in a historic area nearby.

Rooms were large and clean. Appreciated the microwave and refridgerator in the suite.

Parking was tight and others would park in front of your unit. No iron in the room.

The location of Rainbow Lodge And Inn was perfect for exploring the beautiful Garden of the Gods. The surrounding area had a charming ambiance with lovely trees. The breakfast room was cozy, featuring a fireplace that added to its charm. The cleanliness of the lodge was impressive, giving it an "old school" feel.

Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Close to all the beautiful places in Co. Springs. Close to doing too. Dog friendly with trail right across the street.

the place is clean and friendly. definitely a mom and pop operation, which we loved. the room was clean and comfortable but not fancy. it met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. this is not a luxury hotel, but a truly comfortable, friendly and hospitable hotel. quirky and cute.

Quiet rooms, only 10 min driving distance from Manitou Springs city centre and the Pikes Peak Cog Railway station.

Clean rooms, but the bathroom may require some refurbishing.

rainbow lodge and inn was a delightful surprise during our anniversary trip to colorado springs. the owners were accommodating and the rooms were spacious, updated, and clean. the comfortable beds and clear pool made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
